The project is a bicycle tour by the clown activist Atlas from the Czech city of Most to Dresden. It focuses on the transition from the lignite industry to local organizations developing cultural and community activities.

Atlas is a multi-day intervention in public space consisting of encounters with Atlas the clown: open consultation hours, guided walks and a concluding performative ritual that bears traces of all previous encounters. The duration of the interventions is always flexible and adapts to the respective space and context.
