 s well as Everest Base Camp at the foot of the world's highest mountain vi
 a passes and high-altitude trails. The lecture gives us exciting insights 
 into the impressive dimensions of the ingenious mountain world in the Ever
 est region and at the same time offers practical suggestions for anyone wh
 o might want to try trekking and mountaineering in Nepal for themselves.\n
 \nMarcus Oertel (Dresden) and Viki Limonka (Vienna) have been traveling in
  the mountains together for several years. After the Alps\, the Caucasus a
 nd the Andes\, they were tempted to take the plunge into the world's highe
 st mountains. They have not regretted it and are deeply grateful for many 
 unforgettable experiences!
