For 11 weeks, we discovered faraway places together, listened to personal stories and filled the cold season with exciting travelogues. Our winter travel lecture series has now come to an end – and we say thank you from the bottom of our hearts!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Many thanks to the artderkultur e.V.<\/a> association, which once again provided us with a cosy venue in the Ver\u00e4nderbar. Thanks to all the speakers who took us on their travels and shared their experiences with us – entertaining, informative, moving and inspiring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The response was great: at times, the Ver\u00e4nderbar was filled to capacity with up to 54 visitors – a clear sign of the great interest in encounters, images and stories from all over the world. There was a lot of laughter, listening, enquiring and perhaps the desire for the next trip was awakened in one or the other.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A special highlight this year was the presentation on Iceland, which was accompanied by music from the choir of the Zentralwerk, making for an atmospheric evening that will live long in the memory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A big thank you also goes to Christian, who organised the series with great commitment and accompanied it together with our federal volunteer Johanna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are already looking forward to new stories, new journeys and a reunion next year!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
