Structural, legal and financial conditions are often crucial for the successful development of non-profit organisations in general and associations in particular. Team members should be familiar with these often very complex areas as they are the basis of our day-to-day work. In today’s working world, more and more processes and tasks are defined and implemented in the form of projects. But it is a long and sometimes difficult road from the idea to the implementation and successful completion of projects. The speaker Marcus Oertel gives an introductory overview, goes into the individual phases of the project cycle in more detail and imparts the central competencies required for successful project management and project financing, as well as targeted public relations work. The knowledge pool has been systematically processed and abstracted so that it can be applied to a wide variety of projects. In addition, many of the lecturer’s experiences in cultural management are incorporated.
