Are you at home on Instagram and co. Would you like to develop ideas and concepts that interest and entertain the community? Do you also like to implement these ideas and concepts yourself? Do you want to work creatively in a team, but also complete your tasks independently and on your own responsibility?

Perfect, because then we’re looking for you!

With us, you have the chance to utilise your skills to the full. In a small team with big tasks and great opportunities. We are an agile team and always have something exciting to do on our channels. And that’s why we need you!

What are your tasks?

  • Creation of content (graphics & text) for our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram) and website
  • Online editing, maintenance and further development of our website
  • Writing press releases and newsletters
  • Support in the planning and implementation of communication and content campaigns
  • Participation in team meetings and project discussions
  • Support for public relations and community management

What qualifications do you need?

  • Compulsory internship during your studies in the field of events, media, marketing, communication sciences, cultural management or similar
  • Enthusiasm for culture and intercultural exchange
  • Confident handling of common social media platforms
  • Openness, creativity, communication and the ability to work in a team are among your talents
  • You are characterised by an independent way of working and reliability
  • Experience with graphics programmes is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of common Office programmes (Excel and Word)
  • Very good knowledge of German and English

What do we provide?

  • Valuable experience in the field of communication and social media in a dynamic cultural organisation
  • Practice-orientated, responsible and professional project work in the intercultural field
  • You will work in a motivated team, gain insights into Dresden’s diverse cultural scene and be able to contribute your own ideas
  • Internship with a minimum duration of 3 months. We prefer a longer internship period.
  • Flexible part-time working hours (approx. 15 – 20 hours per week)
  • Free further training in the areas of social media, community management and marketing
  • Volunteer pass (Ehrenamtspass) from the Dresden Community Foundation
