Two years after the Russian invasion of Ukraine, many people came together for commemorative events on the anniversary of 24 February 2024 to show their support for the people of Ukraine and all those who fled.

Many Ukrainian refugees have also found a new home in Dresden since spring 2022, without forgetting their homeland. Some of them have been meeting in our nEUROPA gallery for a year and a half, where they organise a weekly sewing café and provide comfort and solidarity in the diaspora.
