According to the last exemption notice we received from the Dresden-Nord tax office (tax number 202/142/07061) dated 27.01.2023 (assessment period 2019 to 2021), we are exempt from corporation tax under § 5 Abs. 1 Nr. 9 of Körperschaftsteuergesetz (Corporation Tax Act) and from trade tax under § 3 Nr. 6 of Gewerbesteuergesetz (Trade Tax Act).
