Association trip
Our association trips offer all those interested in traveling the opportunity to get to know the countries and places that are the focus of our project work. In addition to members of the association, employees, friends and families, the trips are of course also open to all other interested parties. Kultur Aktiv e.V. offers the opportunity and the framework to organize unique and exciting cultural trips thanks to its long-standing structures and contacts in the local scenes. Our aim is to explore interesting people and places, mixing encounters with history, culture and fun.
Our traditional club trip will take place from 2.10. – 5.10.2025. This year we are traveling together to Liberec (Czech Republic).
The costs for travel, accommodation and meals will be paid by everyone.
Liberec
Surrounded by idyllic nature, the city of Liberec is located in the north of the Czech Republic. It lies at the foot of the Jizera Mountains and offers a mixture of historical architecture and culture. Impressive sights include the town hall and the neo-Renaissance Liberec Opera House. In contrast to the historic buildings is the futuristic Ještěd Tower on Liberec’s 1012-metre-high local hill. Another highlight of Liberec are its museums and galleries. The Regional Gallery in Liberec houses an impressive collection of more than 21,000 works of Czech and European art, while the North Bohemian Museum houses exhibits from the fields of history, archaeology and natural sciences.
