The Agency for People with Drive is a non-profit project that seeks to blur the line between “normal” gainful employment and being active in a cultural society in order to create a space for discussion about the “work” of the future.
Committed young people are to be motivated by theAMT to become doers. They can have activities arranged for them in non-profit (socio-) cultural enterprises in our region – be “instigated” to do good deeds. For their volunteer work, the offenders reap free tickets to concerts, theater or opera.
