Open Gallery :: In our gallery Galerie nEUROPA we not only present exhibitions of contemporary photographers with a connection to Eastern and South-Eastern Europe, but the space is also open for open meetings, coffee rounds, games evenings, workshops, seminars, think tanks, and so on.
Whether classical meditation, sound therapy with singing bowls or more or less intuitive drawing of dot-graphics or mandalas: in this weekly course, get to know techniques and artistic methods that can help promote inner peace and balance, relax and prevent stress.
During the course:
- you can learn to perceive sounds and noises differently,
- recharge your batteries and energy reserves,
- get to know artistic and creative aids for physical and mental stability, and
- try all this out together in the group, exchange ideas and get to know each other better.
Art therapist Viktoriia Borysiuk will take enough time for you and answer your questions.
