Join artist Daniel Beerstecher on a meditative group hike that invites you to immerse yourself in silence and experience nature with all your senses.
Walk silently through the landscape, slow down your mind and expand your perception. Along the way, we will use the talking stick to engage in mindful conversation with each other – without interruption, without judgement.
Experience how presence, silence and deep listening create a new quality of connection – with yourself, with the group and with nature. This hike is an invitation to see the world and your inner space with new eyes.
