Xenia Gorodnia

Xenia Gorodnia, born in 1989 in Barnaul (USSR), moved to Germany from Siberia in 2000. She studied Technical Editing in Flensburg, Information Design and Media Management in Merseburg, and Visual Communication and Media Art/Media Design at Bauhaus University in Weimar.

She uses various techniques such as staged analog and digital photography, black and white graphics and illustration, analog animation and projection mapping.

Since 2020 she lives in Leipzig and is a freelance artist and workshop leader for animation, photography, video and installation. For several years she has been involved in integrative, creative and socio-cultural projects.
