Ahoj! Germany’s funny Czech is back on the Lustschiff
Since 1982 the writer and poetry slammer Jaromir Konecny has been living in Munich. As “Germany’s funniest Czech“ thereby he has his quite own view of the Germans and the life with them. He manifests this in a very droll way. So his readings-performances are more comedy than current reading sessions, with “behmisch“ accent he elates the audience, with insane and witty words and strinking topics (sex, beer & rock & roll). On the stage Konecny is a kind of mixture of Charles Bukovski and Mister Bean. Born in 1956, his history of life is the opposite of boredom. Two years as a technician in Libya, than as a ship owner shipping on the river Elbe, graduation at the university of Munich/special subject theory of evolution, twofold vice master of “German-speaking Poetry Slam championships“… Jaromir Konecny will elate the audience during the exhibition and as special guest at the finale of the literary competition “Schiffsmeldung: Dresdner Miniaturen“.
