Kultur Aktiv is part of the project-lab “x3 perspectives for the German-Polish-Russian exchange“ in the framework of the exhibition “Wandel in Erinnerung“ (EN: Change in remembrance) at 8/11/15, 5.30 – 8 pm in the Kraszewski museum in Dresden/De! It contains trilateral German-Polish-Russian projects, especially in the framework of Dresden’s twin city partnership with Breslau and St. Petersburg, to foster international exchange. At the 7 to 11 November 2015 an exhibition will take place of the time after Perestroika, Solidarnosc and the Fall of the Wall. It is about the 90s and their effects on the countries Poland, Russia and Germany.
Focuses of the exhibition are views of freedom, “wild 90s“, perceptions between countries, political exploited traumas and their resulting different socities. Furthermore the exchange of memories of the 90s and how this time has influence on our present perception and current social developement.
Thereby, the artist’s aim is mainly communication between the countries and promotion of mutual understanding.
With films, talks with contemporary witnesses and experts, and thereby with most different experiences the theme will be maked clear to the visitor in an inspiring way.
