In our organisation Kultur Aktiv e.V., the principle of actively helping to shape art and culture is a top priority. We offer people a wide range of opportunities to experience values such as freedom, exchange and dialogue in an artistic, creative and democratic way. We were founded in 2002 to promote art and culture and have since developed into an organisation that knows how to network and present itself both locally and internationally. We work closely with many Dresden partners and make an important contribution to the diverse artistic and civic life in Dresden and Eastern Europe with meetings, workshops, concerts, exhibitions, performances and much more. We also run the nEUROPA photo gallery on our premises.
The following volunteer positions are to be filled at the next Members’ Meeting in November:
Director of Board & Chairman (f/m/d),
5 hours/month, Dresden
What are your tasks?
- You are the contact person and are responsible for the work of the management in the interests of the members and the statutes
- You can provide both content-related and strategic impetus for project work, public relations and organisational and membership development
- Once a year: preparation and participation in the general meeting
- Once a month: preparation and participation in the board meetings
- Scope of time: approx. 5 hours/month
- Term of office: two years, possibility of re-election

- You are the contact person and are responsible for the work of the management in terms of the members and the statutes

- You support the management with the organisation’s finances
- Once a year: preparation and participation in the general meeting
- Once a month: preparation and participation in the board meetings
- Scope of time: approx. 5 hours/month
- Term of office: two years, possibility of re-election
