BSG Bergsucht – Tenerife
In November 2022, Micha, Thomas, Marcus and Martin from BSG Bergsucht crossed the Canary Island of Tenerife in seven days. From the rustic Anaga peninsula in the north, they went through enchanted forests to the west coast near La Orotava. From there, they followed Alexander von Humboldt’s footsteps through the volcanic landscape of the Caldera de las Cañadas and climbed the Pico del Teide, Spain’s highest mountain at 3,715 m, as the highlight. After the descent, they finished the hike on the southwest coast.
The four will report on their diverse experiences on and off the trail!
