Only those who move can change their point of view or perspective – in space and in the mind! That’s exactly why we set off on foot through different Dresden neighbourhoods. Sometimes it can be a tour of the district’s history, other times we get to know people and their everyday lives in the neighbourhood or discover well-known and less well-known places just around the corner. Literary on the Westhang – Nature and Culture in Gorbitz
Together with the Schweibwerkstatt Gorbitz we invite you to a walk through Gorbitz. You can get to know this green district from different perspectives. Perhaps the natural features or the words you read will inspire you to put something on paper yourself. Accompanied by members of the “Schreibgruppe Westhang”, we will walk downhill with a view of the Elbe valley and let “Gretchen Keuner” have her say.
Starting point: Gorbitz depot (tram stop of lines 2 and 7)
The tours through the district end in a community garden, at neighbourhood initiatives or other public places that stand for “togetherness”. Here you can linger and talk and talk some more …
