Screen-printing workshop ‘Faces of the World’

Focus on Solidarity – Discussions and creative workshops bring solidarity to everyday life and build new connections between people from very different life situations.

Every day we encounter countless people from all over the world. Often, we merely exchange a brief glance before going on our way.

Side by side, together, for one another? What does solidarity mean to you?

Which world do we live in, and how would you like to live? Language is the key mean of communication. In a free society, it is essential that citizens are able to express their opinions, ideas and concerns. We want to show solidarity with one another. We must listen to one another, and to do that, we must first get to know one another.

In this workshop, we want to get to understand one another better. By the end, you’ll have created a completely unique portrait.

Mobile printing workshop

In our printing workshops, you’ll have the chance to learn about the fascinating screen-printing process and design your own personal message using words and images. Our workshop leaders, Moussa Mbarek and Yulia Vishnischenko, will be on hand to offer advice and support. Get creative with your own motifs, symbols and shapes!

Participation is free of charge. We’ll provide all the materials you need. No experience is necessary.
