Dear cultural activists,
with our new project “Stitch Point Solidarity”, we want to make solidarity visible and tangible from September to November 2025. In cooperation with the Alstadt Family Centre, we invite you to photo embroidery workshops where art and encounters come together. Together with artists Bela Álvarez and Yulia Vishnichenko, photographs are transformed into small stories of solidarity through embroidery – full of memories, experiences and hopes.
The first workshop will take place on 24 October 2025 from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. at the Altstadt Family Centre (Familie(n)leben e.V.), St. Petersburger Straße 12, 01069 Dresden. Further information can be found here.
