Traces of the Russian people, culture and history can also be found in many regions outside Russia. In the same way, evidence of other cultures can be discovered in Russia. In a first step of confrontation with the “other” in its “own”, the Caucasian participants searched for Russian traces in their Caucasian home countries. Then they met with Russian interested people for a 10-day project. They followed Caucasian traces in the Russian city of Ulyanovsk and the “Park of Friendship” located there. At the same time, experienced trainers from Germany and Russia taught them how to implement storytelling in text, video, photography and multimedia. The results were presented in the form of multimedia stories.
