Open Gallery :: In our gallery Galerie nEUROPA we not only present exhibitions of contemporary photographers with a connection to Eastern and South-Eastern Europe, but the space is also open for open meetings, coffee rounds, games evenings, workshops, seminars, think tanks, and so on.

We’ll be at Bunter Sommer Neustadt – and we warmly invite you to visit our table on the Neustadt Art Festival mile (aka Böhmische Straße)!
Look forward to meeting people, chatting and making little discoveries:
- Get to know us: We’ll tell you what we’re currently working on and would love to have a chat with you.
- Shop for a good cause: Support our work with solidarity merchandise, lovingly hand-sewn vegetables, coffee boxes, artworks by our artists and publications about our projects.
- Take part and be creative: In our workshop, you can join the women from the Sewing Café in making colourful flowers and fruits out of pipe cleaners – an open activity, suitable for children too. We’ll provide the materials; donations are welcome.

BSN: Street festival around Martin-Luther-Platz
From 19 to 21 June, Martin-Luther-Platz returns to the neighbourhood. For the fourth time, Bunter Sommer Neustadt (BSN) aims to bring back what many loved about the old BRN: a street festival that comes from the neighbourhood and is made for the neighbourhood.
Behind it all is the association synthēse e.V., with around 40 volunteers who have been organising cultural events in the city for the past three years.
