My name is Leila; I’m 18 years old and I’m from Dresden. Starting in mid-October 2026, I’ll be volunteering with Kultur Aktiv e.V. as part of the Federal Volunteer Program.
After graduating from high school, I wanted to take a year off to gain work experience and explore my career options. I knew right away that I wanted to focus on the cultural and social sectors.
Ever since I was younger, I’ve enjoyed being creative and have had a keen interest in culture and history, which is why this position immediately appealed to me. I’ve been welcomed very warmly and am looking forward to a great year, new experiences, and unforgettable memories!
