Dear cultural activists,
Over the past few years, we have repeatedly explored the GDR era, the Peaceful Revolution and reunification. With „Đức-Việt”, we are now launching a new project that focuses on documenting and archiving German-Vietnamese life stories in Saxony and Vietnam. Together with ten to twenty eyewitnesses, we are offering a fascinating insight into memory, belonging and shared life in Saxony.
Research and interviews are currently taking place in Vietnam. Next up: conversations with eyewitnesses in Saxony and the online presentation of the results. We’re looking forward to an exciting year!
