Do you know what it’s like to have a head so full in the evening that it feels like it’s packed in cotton wool? Active relaxation can help. Active? Exactly, not the passive kind in the sense of: Turn on the screen, let Netflix, YouTube or Insta-stories trickle through…

Switch off after a long day with simple exercises. The meditative drawing technique helps to relieve everyday stress and relax.

Everyday stress, external problems, the big picture: we often come up against limits when we try to put our feelings, hopes and fears into words. Dynamic drawing offers the opportunity to deal with important issues in a creative way. It is a way to build self-confidence, overcome insecurity and work through inner conflicts. At the same time, it promotes concentration and awakens the imagination.

Our workshop leaders Olha and Yuliya will show you how to connect your inner self with your outer self. Hand movements in a certain shape and direction can act like a meditation and an encounter with yourself. No special skills are needed, anyone can do it regardless of experience and language.

Olga and Yuliya know: All creative processes can have a healing effect and help:

  • strengthen self-confidence
  • try out new ways of thinking
  • to rediscover creativity
  • to reflect on one’s own inner world

Enjoy the flow, relax and try to concentrate only on colours, curves and drawing.

This is exactly what the two workshop leaders Olha and Yuliya from the Ukraine offer from 31.8.2022 – every Wednesday, 6:30 pm.

No special language skills are required. The workshop leaders speak Ukrainian and English.
