Screen-printing workshop ‘Faces of the World’

Focus on Solidarity – Discussions and creative workshops bring solidarity to everyday life and build new connections between people from very different life situations.

Every day we encounter countless people from all over the world. Often, we merely exchange a brief glance before going on our way.

Side by side, together, for one another? What does solidarity mean to you?
Which world do we live in, and how would you like to live?

In this workshop, we want to show solidarity with one another, listen to each other and get to know one another better. By the end, each participant will have created a completely unique portrait.

We invite you to bring your experiences, thoughts and wishes to life!

Our workshop leaders, Moussa Mbarek and Yulia Vishnischenko, will be on hand to offer advice and support. Get creative with your own motifs, symbols and shapes!

Participation is free of charge. We’ll provide all the materials you need. No experience is necessary.

The project is funded by Ostsächsische Sparkasse Dresden and the State Ministry for Social Affairs and Social Cohesion. This initiative is co-funded by taxpayers’ money on the basis of the budget approved by the Saxon State Parliament as part of the state programme Integrative Maßnahmen.
