Nadine Wölk

She documents the present with her art, in which the fleetingness of moments and experiences is thematized. She plays with the different perceptual levels of painterly representation and extends traditional techniques with modern means of expression.

Nadine Wölk, born 1979 in Thuringia, lives and works in Dresden since 2001.

She studied graphic design in Munich and painting and graphics at HfBK Dresden and as a master student of Prof. Martin Honert. She works as a freelance graphic designer, artist and freelance lecturer.

She has received numerous grants and her paintings are in various art funds, galleries and collections in Saxony.
