Staying responsive – why actually?
Today, in the here and now, our everyday lives are often characterised by hectic, stress and misunderstandings. Often we don’t want to hear anything. We just want peace and quiet.
We are ‘approachable’, for the exchange of ideas to strengthen the coexistence of people and cultures. In our diverse society, it is important to integrate different cultures and perspectives. And that’s why everyone is welcome to sit down at our table and get creative.

Dresden is … #ANSPRECHBAR
Everyone who speaks a language associates it with their own unique stories and experiences, whether they grew up in Dresden or moved there. Eleven people share these stories and have each written down a proverb in their native language for us.
Reports and reflections on the numerous workshops, city tours, and encounters complement the portraits. We learned a great deal about the linguistic diversity in Dresden.

’Stitch by stitch’ … get creative with our patterns
‘Wonderfully brigth and colourful’
Our workshops and on-site discussions focus on creative dialogue. The language and writing workshops are a particular highlight, focussing on the exchange of linguistic errors, misunderstandings and idioms. These formats provide fertile ground for intercultural dialogue.

‘Make it happen’ – get active yourself!
We support people with and without migration experience in realising their own ideas and needs. We help you with the conception and realisation of various meeting formats that deal with the topics of language and understanding.
All those involved can familiarise themselves with volunteering and working in a cultural association and try things out in an uncomplicated way. In this way, you can become active in civil society and gain new experiences.
ANSPRECHBAR
We are ANSPRECHBAR – for a better understanding! We get people talking – regardless of language, culture, age, budget or social status – at creative workshops, exhibitions and in an interview magazine with empathetic portraits. Join us and let’s build bridges together!
